Note: Depending on severity of bugs we may have to revert map once a stable build is released(ie if there is a bug that lets people grief protected land and rollback doesnt work, etc.).
- 8/3-a Pretty much ready, still looking for bugs with permissions and plugins and balance. Running 1.2.5 still, once we can update to 1.3 and do a little bug testing we'll start advertising again.
- 8/1-b Data transfer complete, fabled forgot to turn off server so there are quite a few weird stuff but overall success. Ranks are still not updated. As you know 1.3 is here, the (now beta) server will remain on 1.2.5 until a stable 1.3 build for bukkit is released. Hopefully by then we'll be finished and ready to reopen.
- 8/1-a Transferring data: Server is turned off to prevent modification of the map while the old map is ported in. Userdata(balances/ranks/homes) is also being ported in.
- 7/29 Old server data is too large to upload, looking for other methods of uploading it, otherwise I'll just put it on mediafire so people can download and play it on singleplayer. Nearly ready however with minecraft 1.3 around the corner it may be a week or so before we officially reopen, sorry about the wait!

We will be migrating server hosts and upgrading the specs as well as getting a new website and a nice ip
Since this is still in Alpha phase, any changes made to the map, your balance, your homes, etc. will NOT be saved. Be aware the server may randomly restart to install a new plugin or crash because we fail.
The new server will have a new IP and several other changes, we're basically upgrading. Full change list coming soon.
Things to do before public reopening:
-Transfer old map back
-Squish bugs(This is really important, please report any bugs or glitches and things you aren't sure about)
-Transfer User Data(/home locations, balance)
-Finish the CoolCube(Build warp with shop and info)
-Set up donation system
-Finalize permissions
-Update to 1.3 and do pretty much everything I just said all over again...
When to expect public reopening:
1.3 is supposed to release the first week of august, we plan to reopen whenever Bukkit and all the plugins are updated to 1.3, however, if that takes too long we will just go into Beta stage and remain on MC version 1.2.5 or run an unstable 1.3 build filled with incompatibilities.

The map, your homes, your balance, and everything else will be saved.
Changes:
- We will be focusing on simplicity and ease of use. This means it will be even easier to join the server for the first time and start playing.
- Easier to earn money
- Easier to rank up
- Registered domain name and a website, as well as a dedicated IP
- More RAM
- More Slots(will be launching a more refined advertising campaign to fill those slots)
- Minor Staffing Adjustments(more info soon)
- Revamped Ranks
- Emphasis on survival - This means we will have stricter anti-spawning rules for staff
- Easier economy - Earn money automatically just for playing the game, no confusing commands, no signs, just play; sign shop will be at the coolcube
- Bringing back the cool cube warp(will be the new /warp build and will also contain general information and the shop)
